Sing, Swing, Remember

This year we are marking Remembrance Weekend in a special way with and evening of refreshments and entertainment with the fabulous The Land Girls on Saturday 8th November. Join us from 6:30pm-8:30pm for an evening of fun, singing, and light refreshments. Tickets are £12 per person, and all profits will be going to our roofing fund. Light Night 2025

Come and join us for our annual Light Night on 31st October 6pm-8pmThere’s lots to do including table tennis, board games, craft, football, face paints and more. Also featuring our well known Laser Trail, bigger and better for 2025!There’s something for all the family to enjoy. All this plus loads of sweets! And best of all, it’s all FREE!!!!!So come and have fun with us. See you on the laser trail!!

Good Morning!

We have a few really exciting events coming up - it really is going to be good to keep an eye on out Facebook feed and website!

The first two events on the horizon are our harvest service this Sunday (5th) at 10am - join us for a celebration of all that God gives us.

Secondly, we have our ANNUAL LIGHT NIGHT - join us for the usual fun, sweets, games, sports, activities, sweets, crafts, face painting, sweets and of course the 'world famous' LAZER TRAIL (which I'm planned to be even bigger and better than last year). As always, it's 31st October, from 6pm-8pm - it would be GREAT to see you!

Good evening - The Beacon Church can't wait to welcome you back into the Beacon Centre THIS WEEK for the various groups!

Wednesday sees Energise start back for those in school years 3-5, 6:30pm -7:45pm - fun, games, chats, crafts and lots more. children are allowed 20p for tuck.

Thursday is Ignite for school years 6-8 - from 6:15pm-7:45pm join us for lively fun, with games, sports, chats, tuck, crafts and so much more, young people are allowed £1.50p for tuck

Followed by

Restart also on Thursday evenings, for School years 9-13 we meet from 8pm-9:15pm. a very chilled evening with sofas, games, conversations, hot chocolate, sweets, activities are on the whole, led by the young people themselves. We don't have a limit on how much money you can spend at the tuck shop but, but we do encourage good choices! ha ha

For all our groups, If you haven't been before it's free, otherwise its £3 per session - you can either pay as you go, or pay online, you will receive a letter to cover this on your first week. (however we will always do our best to make sure that cost isn't a barrier to attendance)

We do require an updated consent form at the beginning of each new academic year, we will have paper copies of these available at the sessions, but if you want to get 'ahead of the curve' do feel free to fill in the form with our online forms.

Good Morning - How did we get to September already? The weather certainly got the memo!

The good news is that September means loads of great things here at The Beacon Church.... starting with tomorrow!

Just Be. . is back for the usual FREE teas, coffees, maybe a biscuit or two accompanied chats and a jigsaw? join us between 10am and 12pm in the main church

IMPORTANT NOTICE- As part of this session CAN (Community Action Network) will be doing a big screen presentation on spotting the signs of Cancer. This has been arranged for our Prama carers, however it is open to all.
As cancer is such an sensitive and emotive subject we wanted to make sure everyone had advanced notice of this training taking place. If you would like any more information please email fiona@churc.co.uk.

Then in the evening we have another movie night! Join us from 6:15pm (movie will start at 6:30pm) for a free movie - tuck, pop corn and fizzy drinks all for sale and donations towards out roof fund are always welcome! see poster attached for more info!

Good morning! Thank you too everyone who came to make the cream tea yesterday such a success.

A quick reminder that today we have our car quiz with questions based in Wimborne, Broadstone and Canford Heath. Come to the main doors of the church at 10am to collect your questions and then if you want to join us again at 3.30pm to compare answers it would be great to see you!!

Everyone of all ages and stages welcome!!
